By accessing or using ViceForge("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ViceForge LLC.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each person may maintain only one account. ViceForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain all intellectual property rights to content you create. By uploading content to ViceForge, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

You agree NOT to:
- ✕Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated requests
- ✕Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- ✕Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
- ✕Infringe on copyrights or intellectual property rights
- ✕Post hate speech, threats, or illegal content
- ✕Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
- ✕Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
7. YouTube API Terms
By using ViceForge's YouTube integration, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. ViceForge is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may appear as "VICEFORGE" or "VICEFORGE LLC" on your bank statement.

GTA6, Vice City, and Rockstar Games are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. ViceForge is an independent fan-created platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViceForge's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ViceForge in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ViceForge LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. ViceForge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We will provide 30 days' notice before material changes take effect, via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage 30 days of good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, USA.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ViceForge LLC.
