Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

ViceForge sells digital services including subscription plans and credits. We do not sell physical products. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment, provided you have not used any premium features during that period.

After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

Credit Refunds

Consumed Credits

Credits that have been used for clip generation, AI features, or other services cannot be refunded.

Unused Credits

Unused credits may be refunded upon request. Contact our support team.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain access to all premium features until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds for unused time within the current billing cycle.

Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription

How to Request a Refund

  2. 2Include your account email, reason for refund, and transaction date
  3. 3We will respond within 5 business days
  4. 4Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues directly.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial expires to avoid being billed.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund for unused months is available within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
